A lot of people believe that they should not consume an excessive amount of water if they are trying to lose weight. It can be quite confusing because a ton of research has been done into ways you can avoid being overweight and it is crucial to realize that there are a few things one can do to have better control of their weight in general. Why drinking more water isn't just the best thing to do for getting more volume in your body.
Water has many essential nutrients and minerals. This means that your body needs enough water to function optimally and properly. If you drink too much water, these nutrients can be lost when you start eating foods that are high in calories. When you become overweight, the fat cells in your body don't get water. Their natural pH levels, which are higher than normal, mean that they have low access to other resources, like minerals, nutrients, etc. Your blood is less able to carry vital nutrients to all tissues in your body. So, when you eat more calories, you tend to have a lower chance of having adequate amounts of everything you need. With fewer mineral-rich foods, which you can find in most processed foods, this causes more weight gain instead of losing. There is a way however to make sure that your water does not contain excess sugar, caffeine, or other high-calorie sugars. It's just important for this. However, this depends on how hard you worked out. And again, this also relies on how many times per week you worked out. Try not to overdo this and focus on training each day. Add it up. Use it. In fact, the American Academy of Nutrition recommends drinking 1 oz (28 g) of liquid food per day. Now, that's quite a small quantity. Nevertheless, add a little water or a squeeze of lime into your coffee. No matter where you choose to drink that morning drink, if you choose to have these fluids inside, you’ll notice rapid weight gains. If you need more water, try a protein shake. Some people say that a shake can do the trick whereas others find that shakes are just easier to prepare. Either way, hydration comes in all forms. Try to drink a glass of liquids in between meals. Have a yogurt bowl. Have a juice box. Have your favorite energy drink in between workouts. Go ahead and have a soft drink in the afternoon. These are just a few examples and there are options in this area you might not think of. You’re certainly not doomed to have to deprive yourself of certain foods just because and to some extent you cannot deny the importance of a wide variety of nutrient-rich foods.

Lemon is a citrus fruit that contains vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, manganese, calcium, copper, and potassium (which are minerals a person needs for proper bone health). Again, it’s not limited to just summer, lemon juice is also great fresh in the morning. If you really want to spice up these lemon juices, go for a bergamot or lemon curd.
